Will someone please pass the 2nd act malaise?

 
Definition: A vague or unfocused feeling of mental uneasiness, lethargy, or discomfort. 
A French word that translates (basically) to “bad ease.” 
As I write this, I have Final Draft open. Page 51 is in the background.  It mocks me.
The story moves along in spurts. Re-writing is constant. Forward motion… well… not so much.
