I find this sad - the idea that we are at the mercy of big studios that have no care for 'new' or 'interesting', only for sure-bets.

Mr. Miyagi's wife and unborn child die in a car crash. You see it (he looks at a newspaper article with a headline (something like...) "Pregnant Woman dies in Car Crash") when Mr. Miyagi gets drunk and reminisces.

Mark,
That's one of my favorite horror movie killings of all time. It was a seamless beheading, and it was absolutely impossible to tell where reality ended and CGI began.

I think if you recognize the stirrings of the process early, you might be able to jog through the other stages, sort of holding-your-own-hand through the thought process. It might speed up the process if you acknowledge it early that way.

Then again, if you're a more emotional thinker, having the map towards acceptance and hope will do nothing more than frustrate you that you can "see the light" but can't bring yourself to get there.

Good luck!

I think part of what makes Kenny Powers funny is his misanthropy, and the fact that so far he hasn't learned a single lesson...I think Kenny acts in ways we all secretly wish to act but don't quite dare to cross the line, and therein lies his purpose. As a DISH employee I got the TV Everywhere app the day it dropped and have been watching Season 2 on my lunch breaks using my iphone, and Kenny is as funny as ever!
